Wow, Summer is here!!! And what better ways to keep children occupied and learning than to send them to Art Camp
Here children made a replica of 'VAN GOGH' Flowers with mixed media. They used tissue paper, scrapbook paper, wood chips buttons, fabrics, all to make a cohesive work of art that they can proudly display at home!
For the "Mixed Media Horse" I created a template, which they drew, then glued to substrate.
(This was an exercise in how to glue paper to canvas without bubbles)
They used colors of their choice. Each had a clay piece sculpted from sculpey made from scratch!!!

impressive especially because of the age difference.
The youngest is 5 yrs. old- the oldest 12
