Hi, I just love the fact that you stopped by. I have always been artistic whether I knew it or not. I've always had an eye for beauty and esthetics. In my home I made beautiful drapery with matching cushions. I would sew for my girls, paint and so on.
I was always involved in some kind of crafting. Those early years were busy ones as my children grew up.
It was not until much later that I would take my first class in oil painting. I was hooked-- forever! From then on I painted for myself, friends, family....
I've never really known how to sell anything, so I mostly just gave my art away.
This time around, my family has grown, I hope to develop my talent to new heights. I love art and nothing would make me happier than to have other people view my work and comment on it or even purchase some of my art! I price my art very reasonable to make it accessible to anyone.
This time around I am even learning to BLOG! I am older and wiser and grandmother to a 5 yr. old darling boy. He keeps me happy, busy, and focused! He has taught me Life is wonderful. Life is never dull... Just look at it through the eyes of a child!
The Early Years
Here are some photos of one of my daughters, My Lisa. Notice her yellow and print dress, and matching shoes. I would buy shoes of any color, usually bright colors, so that I would be able to look for just the right print and make her a dress.
