A woman's Question

Do you know you have asked for the costliest thing
ever made by the Hand Above?...
You require your mutton shall be always hot,
your socks and your shirt be whole;
I require your heart to be true as God's stars
and as pure as His heaven your soul.

I am fair and young, but the rose may fade
From my soft young cheek one day;
Will you love me then 'mid the falling leaves,
As you did among the blossoms of May?

You don't always have to say "I love you," although that is wonderful and necessary, too. Your love can also be expressed by:
Smiling at a person you love when he/she comes home.
Saying "I'm sorry" even when it is easier to keep quiet.
Hugging a person you love.
Complimenting a person you love.
Offering to help a person you love.
Picking up a small gift for someone you love.
Little things say "I love you."

"Happines ia a heart bursting with love."
Happines can not be inherited purchased, rented,imported, or bargained for,  It Must Be Home-Grown"

There are times in a woman's life when grieve, preocupation and worry, take a great toll on a woman's physical appearance.  At such times she may look tired, like her world has collapsed all around her.  Her health also suffers.

Artists have tried to convey this emotion in their paintings, as it is not one easy to do.
One such time, my friend came over, and we shared some of the joys and grieves in our lives, I asked her if I could attempt to paint her.  She was agast!  "I look awfull"
"That's just it" I said,  "If I want to do portraits, I have to convey emotion".
She gave consent and here is her portrait.... I promised to paint her again, when she is feeling great again.

 Of course, we started to fool around with different poses, and we would laugh as she tried to look her best and so on. That is why women need women friends,

Helen Keller once wrote, " walking with a friend in the dark is better than walking alone in the light"
A host of studies show that having a close group  of friends helps women
sleep better, improve their immune systems, stave off dementia and actually live  longer!
A study from Flinders University in Australia shadowed 1,500 women
for a 14 year period.  The study's most revealing find was that regardless of the
strength of their familial relationships, women with more friends lived 22 percent longer than women with fewer friends.
Interesting isn't it?  What does it take to make friends?  That will be a good topic for next time........
